New Transformative Leadership Academy Coming 2026

 Introducing the GameChanger Perspective Transformative Leadership Academy

Houston, TX – December 14, 2024 – We are thrilled to announce the launch of the GameChanger Perspective Transformative Leadership Academy, an intensive one-week program designed to cultivate visionary leaders and drive transformative change. Founded by Oscar J. Starr III, this academy focuses on empowering individuals with the essential skills, knowledge, and mindset necessary to become innovative, ethical, and impactful leaders.

Program Overview: The academy will run from Monday, May 18, 2026, through Sunday, May 24, 2026, with daily sessions from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM. The program includes interactive lectures, hands-on workshops, and valuable networking events covering topics such as leadership principles, innovation, ethical decision-making, global leadership, strategic visioning, personal branding, and public speaking.

On Day 7, participants will present their Capstone Projects and attend a Graduation Ceremony. Top student participants will receive copies of “The GameChanger Perspective” and $50 Visa gift cards. The Graduation Ceremony will commence at 2:00 PM on Sunday, May 24, 2026, with Oscar J. Starr III as the keynote speaker.

We are thrilled to officially announce the establishment of Sigma Theta Leadership Guild (STLG), the premier transformative leadership fraternity, beginning in the early Spring of 2027.

Mission: Sigma Theta Leadership Guild (STLG) is dedicated to fostering a community of aspiring leaders committed to personal growth, ethical decision-making, and innovative leadership. Our goal is to cultivate leaders who will drive positive change in their communities and beyond.

Membership:
Application Essay: Submit a personal statement about your leadership journey and goals.
Interview: Participate in an assessment conducted by current fraternity members.
Recommendation Letters: Provide endorsements from mentors or peers attesting to your leadership qualities.
Yearly Membership Dues: An annual fee of $150 to support the fraternity’s programs and activities.
Activities and Programs:
Mentorship Program: New members are paired with experienced mentors for guidance and support.
Leadership Workshops: Engage in workshops covering diverse leadership topics.
Community Service Projects: Participate in projects focusing on local community impact.
Networking Events: Connect with leaders, alumni, and fellow fraternity members.
